I spent most of my life not speaking up due to massive fear of being rejected and not being taken seriously.
I showed up this way in personal and professional relationships…. not rocking the boat and just keeping to myself.
But then I got to the point where I decided that I couldn't just smile and look pretty anymore. I wanted to start sharing my opinions and having honest and direct conversations versus running away from them.
I also kept getting sick and having massive breakouts on my face from the stress of not expressing myself.
