  • Client wants a refund, feels like coaching isn’t working or the client isn't connecting with you or there's been a change in their financial situation

  • Client is showing up late to calls, canceling at the last minute or not showing up at all to scheduled calls

  • Client’s credit card payment didn’t go through and now they are ghosting you
