These are some of the scenarios that we will focus on in the video:
Client wants a refund, feels like coaching isn’t working or the client isn't connecting with you or there's been a change in their financial situation
Client is showing up late to calls, canceling at the last minute or not showing up at all to scheduled calls
Client’s credit card payment didn’t go through and now they are ghosting you
