Right now is a time when we need to be powerfully speaking up about some topics that have been taboo for quite some time now: race, skin color differences, social injustice, prejudice...etc. but as a white woman this can be very difficult to do.
We fear that we are going to say the wrong thing, that our words will come off as insensitive and hurt someone’s feelings.
Our ego keep us small and quiet and tell us that these topics are too uncomfortable so we better not say anything at all.
Or "Why do I need to speak up about this when everyone already is?!"
